parse error, syntax error while runing html file!

    Hi
    I’m new to php stuff and please help me out with this kinda problem which i tried explaining bellow, thank you.

    inside my html page i included
    <link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”css/customization.css.php”>

    inside the customization.css.php file:

    <?php
    header(“Content-type: text/css; charset=utf-8”);

    #introduction #alternative ul li a.store.osx,
    #introduction .control-container .download h3#downloadMac
    {

    background-image: url(“http://l.yimg.com/pu/asset/msgr/myc2/BtnDownloadMacEn.png&#8221;);
    }

    I’m getting parse error

    <b>Parse error</b>: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’ in <b>C:\xampp\htdocs\Build_4\css\customization.css.php</b> on line <b>8</b><br /

    this typical error is triggered only when i run as “http://localhost/Build_4/index.html&#8221; using xampp
    But the same html page runs safe without an error on normal execution path.
