Parse Error – Facebook Pixel Problem

    Hi

    My site is down. I’m receiving this error message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’, expecting ‘{‘ in /home/content/78/3176678/html/operalucca/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/official-facebook-pixel/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/functions.php on line 16

    It appears the facebook-pixel updated right before the problem. When I go to plugins I don’t see the plugin there to disable. I can’t access admin, just my dashboard. It’s not letting me update wordpress or anything else. I’m quite stuck.
