    Downloaded a new theme, activated it and got

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_BOOLEAN_AND, expecting ‘(‘ in /home/sites/timspain.com/public_html/blogs/wp-content/themes/producer/functions.php on line 11

    now totally locked out and can’t do anything????????
