Parent Category Recent Posts and Category List

    Hello,

    Some things that I’m trying to accomplish with my wordpress blog are:

    1. When clicking on a blog post > single.php, each single post can have the category links in the side panel of it’s parent category instead of a single post > single.php having the full category link list like that of the home page.

    2. When clicking a blog post > single.php, each single post can have the recent posts of the parent category, instead of the recent posts of the home page.
