Please get in touch with your third-party plugin author. Maybe they have a solution that we are not aware of.
However, we already have the breadcrumbs feature in the theme, and you do not need to use a third-party plugin. If you are interested in using it, please navigate to Customizer > General Options > Page Title(breadcrumbs section).

Thank you very much for your response. I have already got in touch with the plugin author and his advice was to get in touch with you 🙂
The truth is that the plugin works properly on other themes. I hope an update of the theme or of the plugin will fix it.
I tried to use the themes breadcrumbs, but they stop to “Products”…

As far as it concerns the third party case, it seems to me like there is a limit of 5 terms in the breadcrumb series.
About the default OceanWP’s breadcrumb, it looks the same as the third party’s in the archive pages, but in the sigle product’s page it shows only a link to the Shop Page.
