Parameter inside gettext not translated

This worked in the past, I believe some update introduced this problem.
In Gettext like Be the first to review “%s” the %s isn’t translated, even though the translation for this string is in the database and correctly applied at the product title of this product page.

What I’ve tried already:
Update to version 3.3.5 and optimize Database.
