Paragraph html disappearing

I’m using Elementor with the Neve theme. I was working earlier easily editing the paragraph tag with in line CSS.

Now I went back in to edit one I missed. Now the Parapragh tag disappeared and I lose all my formatting.

I was able to control Z out of it but now as soon as I go the to edit tab I lose all formating and Paragraph tags.

Don’t take away function for simplicity please. I would like the option to change the color of my text when I want.
