How do you know that the error wasn’t yours? Why didn’t you try to contact the plugin’s author about this by posting a topic in the plugin’s dedicated sub-forum?

If you have any constructive suggestions I would appreciate hearing them. However as you can see if you had looked at the other feedback this plugin has at least one fundamental flaw; upload media, attempt to play media, does not work.
