    @brunobarbosab2, Sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

    Can you please look into the console of the site to find if there is any error. Also, it might be some plugin conflict issue, just to be sure, please disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC Marketplace and check the dashboard again.

    Hello,
    Yes, I disabled all the plugins and it did not work.
    I also unplugged the plugin and reinstalled it and the problem still continues.
    Could you help me?
