Painter Theme Custom Header Help

    There must be a way to make this work. This (otherwise amazing) theme contains an admin screen that allows for the upload of a custom header. Only when I try, I get an error message. Once I hit the “upload” button, a new screen comes up, but it is blank instead of being where I could crop the image if I need to.
    The image ends up in the WP Media Gallery, but not in the header like I’d like it to. Any ideas on a work around would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you tried deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
