Paid twice got plus none

Hi guys, is the 3er time I contact you about this

For a mistake withing the charging bank, I pay twice for your plus adder

First time I got the link from you but as I was unable to make it work, and as the bank said to me that we make a 0€ transaction, I thought that was the reason for me being unable to make the plus key to work

Then I pay it once again (then I notice that the first payment went also through, once again, I have the link but I was unable to make it work

Then I send you an email (this is already the 3rd one) asking your for:
1st: please to refund me one of the two payments
2nd: to actually supply me with a download plus link/key as it was not avaiable after I give it a second try
3rd: this time please make sure you gave the right instructions for me to be able to make said api key working

Thanks very much but I think is about time you look more in depth about this issue
