As I’ve read through some pages here, I know that you can not offer support to paying clients.

On the paid support page, there is no option to submit a ticket.
I sent an email with issue details and screenshots 2 days ago and no response.

How may I get support?

Were these issue details about Ultimate Member or paid UM extensions?

I was at one point logged in as you can see in the screenshot, but currently it does not recognise the 2 potential emails I used.
I can not log in, I can not get support, as you have to be logged in…..screenshot

OK, so you are only having login issues then? I will not reply at this point in hopes that they can read your last post and help you. You are a package bundle buyer with the right to paid-support.

thanks, that worked. I was using the .com instead of .ch ….so of course it was not recognised :-/
