    Hey gatta2,

    You can sync custom fields using the following code (just add it to your functions.php file): 

    add_filter( 'mailchimp_sync_user_data', function( $data, $user ) {
    $data['MERGETAG'] = implode( ",", $user->roles );
    return $data;
}, 10, 2 );

    Replace MERGETAG with the mergetag of the field you would like to set the user level to.
