    I’m writing here because I don’t know if it’s normal. It’s the first time that I’ve bought a plugin, paid for it, more than €100, and it says “Pending”.
    On the support website it says in green that the support team is available. I’ve sent two tickets and after several hours, no response and no plugin. I don’t know what’s going on, but I don’t understand this.
