Pagination plugin with related post

    Hello everybody,
    I am looking for a pagination plugin that do this:

    at the end of the pagination (for example n a post splitted in 5 pages) instead of have not any NEXT button I’d like to have a MORE CONTENT button that brings the user to a related post

    any ideas?
