Pagination Not Working (Same Post Displays)

So it’s displaying the post correctly, but as soon as I hit older, it changes the URL but it doesn’t change the post. If I change the number pages to show it shows the rest.

What am I doing wrong? I tried searching around, it seems like a lot of people claim that is the paged problem, but I’ve already added it and it still fails.
