Yes. its currently set at 2 Columns and 3 Rows. No matter what I change it to the pagination doesn’t appear.

Tried changing to 3 rows 4 columns and Max elements is 12. Still not showing. Any ideas?

3 rows 4 columns and Max elements is 12: in this case it’s normal because 3*4=12 elements so no pagination to display.
Try to put max 24 elements (and make sure you have more than 12 posts :).

Super that sorted it. Just a another quick question what is the CSS code for the arrows to move them out say 10/20% as they are covering the images at present.

In the custom CSS field of your news block (advanced tab) could you add the css code:
.flex-viewport {
max-height: 3500px !important; /* FIX the problem of the news block with a lot of content */
}
