there are two pagination types.
The first and recommended type is called jPagination and can be selected on a per question basis. jPagination is javascript based, meaning that the page does not actually reload. Instead, questions are hidden until a “next” or “continue” (you can rename the button) is selected, upon which the next set of questions will appear.
The second is called WPPagiation is uses WordPress’ built-in pagination. This method actually loads a new page with new questions, however, it is not compatible with certain marked features such as random question order or timers. This can be enabled from the quiz settings page.
Lastly, there is basic ad support. On the HD Quiz options page, you can paste in any ad code that you want. This code will run on every fourth question.
