Paginate Author Page?

I’m sure this can be done, but my fried brain can’t come up with it right now…

I have a layout that’s set up so when you click on the post author’s name, it’ll take you to the author’s page, where all the posts they’ve created are listed.

Now, this could get *really* long over time…so I was wondering if there was a way to paginate the author’s page? Like maybe if there’s more than 10 posts attributed to that author, then at the bottom will be a “next page” link? (or am I an idiot, and this happens by default?)
