The Page Status Fieldset has no id attached to it. All the other fieldsets have id’s – both for the post-new page as well as the page-new page.

For example Post Status has an id of ‘poststatusdiv’

I imagine this was just left out on accident. Because of it’s omission it makes it hard to style that fieldset, or in my case I have a plugin that removes it from the page for people that don’t need it.
