Pages holding Config files

Hi Geeks, while seaching on my ISP knowledge base I found a page holding some commnads to voip devices http://provision.thinktel.ca/init.cfg ( http://support.thinktel.ca/index.php/kb/article/92-How_do_I_factory_reset_my_Linksys_or_Cisco_phone_and_reprovision_it )
My concern is that what will be the effect of such URLs holding technical files(here this is a config file for VoIP phone ) in SEO point of view, as this kind of pages holds no value to the human user. If this effects the page ranking what can we do to rectify this problem?
