After installing v2 of PageLines Theme cannot get into Dashboard.

Are you referring to the free version from here: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/pagelines or the commercial version from pagelines.com?

Yes, the free version.

Access your site via FTP and remove the theme. WordPress will revert back to use the default theme and you should be able to get into the dashboard again.
