Page without side bar menu disappeared!

I’ve been using iNove theme for couple years now and it’s been a great theme to handle all my site. Recently once upgrading WordPress the drop down menu that used to be present where you can select to have a page published with or without a side bar does not appear in the edit page area (when editing any pages or creating new ones).

This has screwed my pages up now if i go in and edit a page and re- publish it it defaults to only publish it WITH side bars.

Anyone care to fix the theme or instruct how to?
