Page Titles include the span tags?

    I’m having an issue with the about page and contribute page of my website. Where it seems the title is supposed to appear at the top of the page in a black box, it instead shows a string of code including the span that the title is I suppose located in.

    This is happening at the pages http://ultramagazine.us/about/ and the page http://ultramagazine.us/contribute/
