Page title image backgrund size

Hi gents ,

Thank you for supporting me in the past . I would like to create an image for page title background but I am trying to get the measurments right and for some reasont i can’t seem to prevail . I would like an image that is 400px tall and streches from one side to the other of the screen . In this image i would like to design some different things , so I would like what I am designing to be what will end up on the website .

I tried designing an bg with the following dimensions : 1865px x 400. and whatever combination of page dimension / page centering I try , the image looks not in place.
