Page Title & Description Duplicated

    I am using the Yoast SEO plugin on WordPress, and for some reason, my home page title and description is duplicated and I can’t figure out how the heck to fix it. I’ve tried de-activating the plugin and other things within the plugin and I can’t get it sorted out.. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
