Page Templates Not Importing

Hello,

I have been trying to import your template pages (various), and none of them seem to import correctly. They show up in Elementor as a blank page, with the page title on a blank header.

Hi, I have a same problem. I have several websites, somewhere is new WP 5.0, somewhere older, but always the plugin version 2.7.2. And now is import from Template Directory doesn’t working.

I’m using the latest version of WP, PHP version is 7.2.9 and Orbit Fox v2.7.2

Can you please provide us a screencast if possible. If you’re using Google Chrome you can use this extension to create screencasts: https://www.vidyard.com/govideo/.
