I would try deactivating the new plugins one by one to see if there is a conflict. If a conflict does exist, I would recommend getting in touch with either the Theme author and/or the plugin author and report the bug!
Tried that but still the same problem. I’m really stuck! I need the page options!
When you say page options, are you referring to the block that allows you to choose a page parent or page template?
No, the one that allows you to set the width of the page and choose sliders. I guess it must be specific to the evolve+ theme I’m using. Asking same question on their forum so hopefully I’ll get an answer.

I just wanted to follow up to tell you that I have added the Evolve theme to a local install of WordPress and have been able to view the Page options box. I have also installed both plugins you have mentioned and still see the Page options when I add a new page or post.
