• Hi there,

I am having an issue where I when I select certain pages it doesn’t load properly.

For example I have made changes to my forums page as I had a spammer decide to post topics. Once I deleted these posts I tried refreshing the page and it would still show the latest post from the spammer and it would also say my admin account was no longer logged in. However once I clicked another page like committee or contact it would then say the admin was logged in. This only happens on the forums and home page where it would say I am logged out even when logged in. It just doesn’t appear to be reacting to anything on these 2 pages. I have tried cntrl F5 to refresh browser and tried installing w3 cache but this hasn’t helped.

Any idea what is going on?
    Thanks for your help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • This does sound like a caching issue. Even with w3 Cache installed, you still need to tell it to clear the cache as well as clearing the browser cache. One thing to do is go to Google Chrome and try (CTR + SHIFT + R) this will force Google to do a hard reset, and will flush the cache for that page. If the problem still exists then you know it is most likely a server cache issue (w3 Cache).
