Page Not Loading

Brilliant plugin! However I am facing one issue with it. On certain pages the preloader keeps going on and the page does not load at all till it’s refreshed. Can you please help me with this? Once this issue is resolved the plugin would be perfect for me. Thanks in advance for your help.
