Page not found errors

Hi guys, I’ve recently noticed I’m getting Page not found errors when trying to update my plugins.

The url for one example (AdRotate) is this ;
http://autobabes.com.au/wp-admin/update … ed02039db5

The page that loads is Page Not Found ..

The site is http://www.autobabes.com.au

Can you assist ?
