Page not found error when trying to use plugin

    Hi guys,

    First off – amazing plugin. Very user friendly! Thank you 🙂

    I am having a little trouble with trying to set up the trigger boxes – each time I go to save, my wordpress will direct me to a page not found 404? Sometimes the plugin will let me in to edit/create new but other times it’ll 404 redirect me even when I click on the scroll triggered boxes plugin in the wordpress backend menu.

    Any ideas about this?

    Hello saremcdee,

    That is a strange issue and when I tested locally everything worked well. I would suggest deleting the plugin manually and installing it again. Let me know if that works.

    Hey hey!

    Thanks for the reply. I did what you suggested and it looks like I’ve fixed it. One more thing…I seem to keep getting these pop up ads since downloading the plugin. Is this something that’s normal? Cheers, Sarah

    Hello Sarah,

    Our plugin shows no advertisements. If you have created a pop-up using our plugin than that is a different case. Can you show me screenshot or something so I can see what pop-ups you are referring to.
