Page Not Found error on Facebook

Hello,

I am having trouble with our Posts on our Website not showing up on our Business Facebook Page.

With the Hueman Theme – I have gone into Settings, then Sharing, I’ve made sure the right Facebook Business page link is in there under Publicize,

When I post through the website, the post does appear on Facebook but just comes up with Error Page Cannot be Found, it clicks through to the business website but not onto the right post just an error page

I would really appreciate any help and if there is something I am missing in the settings
