Page Not Found

Hello , I noticed page not found on all my links when i test the page..I changed permalinks to something simpler but not sure how come its not working. I have checked the forum and some recommend creating posts instead of pages. I have a simple about, contact and blog page I would like to create. Also is the blog page created any different to function properly than a regular page?

My pages dont give the page not found when viewed individually from the view page link
