    In the theme, the name of the page appears besides the page.
    I want the name to appear above the page, so the page text can be in the middle of the page.

    when logged in and on a page, click the ‘Customize’ button in the admin bar; click ‘Theme Options’ and click ‘One Column’ for the Page Layout

    if you don’t have the admin bar, goto ‘dashboard – appearance – customize’ ….
