Page Links To

Hi there!

I am using “Page Links to” plugin to post links as new posts.
When you click on the post title or thumbnail in the homepage, it opens the external link in a new window.

Is there a way to open it in a lightbox instead? And what should I change in the code to do that?

Or is there another plugin doing it?
