  • Try re-uploading a fresh copy of your current theme via FTP.

Can i modify some files maybe? Some data in MySQL to delete that page entry?
As He told me He just renamed the page title to a /Index.php or Admin.php
And now the Site is down…And i cant Access Admin Menu to delete that page entry..

Given that you have no idea what was changed, start by uploading a fresh copy of your theme and then try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

In both cases, you will need to use FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

I Tried reuPloading theme files and wordpress files, nothing helped, seems to be some mysql data string that tells wordpress to load that crashing site my friend created, but no idea how to find it and change is back . I already searched the mysql for latest post entrys and deleted those
Frankly I don want to delete all my databank, because I have no backups… Silly me… Please help help

Try asking your hosts if they have a backup.

Ok i have decided to Install fresh copy of wordpress on other hosting and let my friend try to do h same as he did with my site.

He actually created New Page and then changed the “perma link” to index.php
Saved it, and the website is down!! Ho do I troubleshoot this?

Try deleting the .htaccess file in the wordpress root folder to see if you can activate the default permalinks. And downgrade your friend’s status to author. He can do far less damage that way.

Oh my gosh, thanks! I did just what you said! I had to enable Mod rewrite on the Server to change the settings of the links though! Man thanks! SOLVED
