Im wondering if someone can help me with this issue Im having. I am using the jigoshop plugin with a theme that is definitely compatible with it. I was wondering how I can change the layout of the following pages: shop page, individual product pages.

In more detail: when I view my shop page that the plugin created there is a sidebar and intro section coming from my theme settings. However, when I try to turn the sidebar or intro off, nothing changes…

Then when I click on a product on the shop page it takes me to that products page with all of the relevant details, pictures etc. I only have an option to edit the product and not the page. This page also has a sidebar and intro that I dont want but there arent even options in the edit section for me to remove these. Im fairly new to Jigoshop and I just need someone to explain what I have to do to fix this…

Also changing the button colours from the default orange/blue to whatever colour I want.

ANY help would be appreciated. I tried doing the theme wrapping thing but it didnt work…

Hello,

Please login to your administrator panel, go to Pages and edit the Shop page. Can you change the “Template” setting within the “Page Attributes” section? Also, could you give us a link to your website?

Hi

I tried changing the template setting but that didnt seem to work either. I managed to sort it out by asking the developers of the theme I am using. I had to add page layout options to specific pages. Last question, I see the default customer login for the jigoshop plugin is the wordpress login area. Is there any way I can integrate a login on an actual page instead? Without using the widgets? Hope this makes sense?

My site isnt live yet so I cant send a link unfortunately…

I tried to edit the template as well under Shop and that’s not going to work, I need to edit this

I am having the same issue. It’s adding a sidebar which is floating under the product description. I am using the default template which does not include a sidebar.

I even tried adding a shopping cart function to it but it doesn’t change.

It has to do with the CSS and how it is wrapped. The support team is looking at it

I dont know if any of you use the My Site My Way themes at all but they solved the problem for me…
