Page jumps when header shrinks

    I’ve seen some other threads on this but I would like to find a solution without changing my header to “transparent”.

    Basically, when the header reaches the scroll distance, the pages jumps down and it looks pretty glitchy.

    Hi, sorry for the delay, I’ve been very sick for a while. I just looked at your site and I don’t see the header sticking at all.
