I noticed that the theme’s author implementation (link) has text under the heading of the About page formatted as paragraph text to the header div tag. However, when editing the page in WP, my text only shows up as entry-content, not page-header/<p>. This results in a massive gap between text and the header. How can I take advantage of the page-header paragraph text in the WP editor, if possible, and, if not, could someone suggest a good CSS hack to reduce this large gap?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @checkitout444,

The block of text shown beneath in the title in your link is the excerpt of the page. If the “Excerpt” meta field is not visible when you’re editing a page, move your cursor to the top right of the screen, click “View Options” and make sure that the “Excerpt” checkbox is checked.

The excerpt meta field should now be visible in the edit screen, and the text you enter there will be displayed beneath the title.
