Hi, sorry to hear about the hassle.
The plugin conflict test is often misunderstood. You’d need to deactivate all non-SiteOrigin plugins in one go. At that point, does the issue resolve? If the issue does not resolve at that point then the test has failed. If the issue does resolve with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated, only then would you reactivate your plugins one by one, checking for the issue after each activation.
Using this method, you’d only be in a situation of reactivating plugins one by one if you had already confirmed it was a plugin conflict.
Please, can you confirm you’re using Page Builder by SiteOrigin on the site listed in your opening message? I can’t see any SiteOrigin source code on the home page, is there perhaps another page you’re using Page Builder by SiteOrigin on?
Thanks 🙂
okay, i just tried that and nothing changed, still didn’t work.:(
And you’ve confirmed you’re using Page Builder by SiteOrigin?
Page Builder by SiteOrigin isn’t in use on your home page, are you using it on other pages?
yes, but you have to be logged in to see the other pages. I don’t think this is available unless you are an agent, but you can try: this page used to have two columns for all of the trips. now it doesn’t.

Thanks, I can see snippets of our markup but not the supporting body classes I would normally find. If you have a moment, please go to Plugins and confirm that it says Page Builder by SiteOrigin and check the version number and let us know that, thanks.
It doesn’t. It shows SitreOrigin CSS and SiteOrigin Weidgets Bundle, but when I tried to install Pagebuilder (as I thought another use had deleted it) It won’t install and says it’s already installed.
In that case, you’ll need to login to the server and delete the folder. Go to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the siteorigin-panels folder. Then install Page Builder by SiteOrigin from Plugins > Add New. If you don’t use FTP this can be done from the Hosting File Manager.
Okay. I don’t have FTP access so I will have to try Hosting File Manager or wait until I can get access on Monday. Thanks so much.
For sure. If you can login to your hosting control panel then you can most likely do this task.
Oh my god it worked! You are awesome. Thanks so much!
Super, glad you could resolve 🙂 All the best.
