Page Builder – Not working

After wrestling a bit with the plugin, I figured out that it’s not working with the page builder, which is a shame.

Using the normal visual editor works, but not when it’s a visual editor in the page builder. I wonder if you’re going to add support for it at some point, as it’s tedious to switch to the regular visual editor.

Other than that it’s a great plugin and I’ll gladly give it 5 stars.

Hey HypnotoadProductions,

I personally have no need to use anything like page builder. But of course I’m interested in supporting this as well if possible.

Can you give me a link which page builder you use exactly? Find a many different when searching for it.

Hey flowdee,

thanks for your quick reply. I’m talking about Page Builder by SiteOrigin, and I’m sorry that I haven’t mentioned the name before, as it is quite a common plugin from different developers.

The reason why I’m using it is mostly to structure the page. I noticed that I can use Page Builder first and then revert / convert it to the regular Visual view, however since Page Builder uses the official Visual view, I don’t get why the card links wouldn’t function.

Thank you for your help and if you don’t find an answer, don’t break your head over it. After all it is about my ignorance / having to use another plugin to format posts.

This is a cool looking plugin. I used to be an avid Hearthstone player. Although these days I’m just a spectator on Twitch.

I finally found the solution for this problem.

But to be honest I collected and prepared a lot of more uses cases for the plugin in the past few months, in order to create an enhanced pro version on top of this plugin. This allows me to guarantee a long-term development and more enhanced functionality for non-mainstream users.

Therefore I’m going to move the page builder support to the upcoming Pro Version of the Hearthstone Cards plugin as well. The free version will be available as it is but the page builder support won’t be included, sorry.

More details will be available next week.

I’m sad to hear that but I can also understand how developers need to get money somehow for their work (as I’m one myself, but for Android).

Thanks for your words. Yeah but to be honest the PRO version is really on a fair and small price 🙂
