Page Builder Framework blocks not working

    After updating to the most recent version of WordPress, the Page Builder Framework stopped working. When we click to edit a page, the content appears, but only the text can be edited. The options to switch block types, add links, add new blocks, etc. no longer appear. How can we fix this?
