Did you mark more than one post? Also, try disable all plugins, it could also be the JS conflict issue.
Yes, paulwxpxp, marked 2 posts.
Do i disable and enable everything once again?
I just disable and enable everything and still not showing any slider π
Since there are many theme named Oxygen, is this the theme we are talking about?
https://wordpress.org/themes/oxygen/
In each post that wanted to be in the slider, make sure to assign Feature Image, and also make sure to mark the location as Feature. They are both configurable in post editing screen, right hand side down below.
Just did that also now, and still nothing.
Un-sticky all the posts that wanted to appear in slider. This theme uses Location for selecting the Feature posts in slider, the sticky is for post listing.
Just did it, still not showing as slider :/
This is how theme manage to get the slider working
https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/browser/oxygen/0.5.4/featured-content.php
Look at line 7 and 22
The slider will happen when there are more than 1 post assigned as Featured in Location metabox, and the post is not marked as sticky, also the featured image size is 750×380 (stated in theme’s functions.php).
If all the above are done correctly and still there is no slider, it’s possible that it’s a JS conflict issue (which can be tested by disabling all plugins), or theme files are not completely installed (try deactivate this theme and activate other theme then delete this theme and re-install re-activate).
I will try those.
Thank you
It is working now π
But it works in the news page, and not like in the header.
Is it the way it should be?

I don’t understand what you mean. But the slider is for page that’s assigned with Front page template. And if you want this page to be the site front page, you have to set it up here (Settings β Reading)
https://codex.wordpress.org/Settings_Reading_Screen
BTW, the images in the slider (now) are in different sizes because it’s uploaded before changing to this theme. WP only crop images once upload upload. So to get the correct size assigned by theme, delete images and reupload one by one. If there are too many, use Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
It worked now!
Thank you sooooo much Paulwpxp!
You are the best!
