Overselling stock

Hi there
I have woocommerce 3.08. I sell physical stock and often woocommerce lets the stock go into negative / oversells it. I have back orders turned off and stock is managed at the variation level. This is causing obvious issues, selling stock i dont have, stress & embarrassment when i have to refund orders… I do have many plugins, I have disabled them and it still happens. The example product is https://www.handmadesupplies.com.au/product/long-sleeve-tops/ Yellow 2-3. Is currently negative from over selling 🙁

People have suggested that it’s caused by concurrent orders or cart holds. But my site is not busy enough for that.
