Overlapping point gets hidden

With the scatter plot, is there any way to show tooltips for two points in the same location? Visualizer currently hides one beneath the other.

Also, is there any way to “shrink” parts of the graph that don’t have lots of data? My graph looks very cluttered in one location, as you can see in this pic:
