Hi Sheila,
Apologies for that. It seems our most recent update broke our API caching method. We’ll be rolling out a new version here soon which will resolve that for you.
I just pushed out version 1.4.1 Please update and let me know if you have further issues at all.
Thanks!
It’s not your plugin. It’s the Google Places API settings. Google only allows 1000 impressions in a 24 hour period. You can increase the limit to 150,000. Here’s how to fix the problem:

Hi Sheila,
Yes, I’m aware, but our plugin actually has a caching tool which limits the number of times the plugin hits the API. That was broken in version 1.4. But version 1.4.1 fixes it.
So go into your Google Places widget, open the “Advanced Options” section, and make sure the Cache is set to “1 Week” or at minimum “1 Day”.
That will help you avoid that limit from here on out.
Thanks!
