Over 7000 items – slow working

    Hi! I have over 7000 glossary items and it is making my site to work very slow. Is there any solution?

    Also want to know – is it possible to enter Additional search terms (they are synonyms, right?) not as comma separated, but as some other sign separated values? I have synonyms with commas inside them.

    Hi bestia516,
    7000 items are not very few and you need a good hosting to manage them.
    Glossary need to get all that list and next parser every content for 7000 items so require a good hosting.

    For the second point actually we not considered different sign as separator can you give to us an example of what do you want as separator?

    The new 1.4.4 improve in many points the performance (we are now testing with 13000 terms) 🙂
