what should this be? and why are 3 day events ok? i have set to no

increased Events limit in full calendar options to 5 and now works, appears if you have MORE in calendar only showing 3 events it prevents showing more days, is this a bug as that is a pain especially if you have say 10 events on one day having to show all in calendar
i think Default event list ordering needs modifying so events over more than one day get listed 1st in calendar that way it will show on all days
looks too messy showing 5 plus events in calendar
could it be you’ve made modifications to your theme? it shouldn’t make a differnce whether 3 or 100 days

no, basically if you have Events limit in full calendar set to three and you have say 10 events, three are shown with MOREpointing to the others.
If the event you have over more than one day is in the section more i.e not seen on calendar it will not show over more than start date. However if it is shown on calendar without clicking more it does show over all days
look at august calendar page, set to show 4 so my long event stockfest 10th august shows all days, if i limit to only show 3, it will not show because it will be accessed by clicking more

didn’t realize you were talking about WPFC…
can we see it witha limit of 3? the way wpfc should work is if we show a long event, that’s counted on every day of that week by the fullcalendar jquery library, so not sure why it’s happening

Yes WPFC.
At the moment OK
10th August STOCKFEST shows over all days uptil 25th August as i type.

you can see set to 3 the event gets listed under the MORE as already 3 events showing and no longer shows over all days
from your past questions, i’m guessing you may have been making customizations in php for EM, if so can you try disabling those? particularly any filters you added.

don’t have access to files i altered as away at the moment on not on this pc, but has been ok listing events over 2/3 days but i guess this has shown up as i have more than 3 events on same day, not sure what files i would have altered to do this, no calendar files altered though and i get same issue on another site using EM
If you’ve not changed your code then it may be a plugin/theme recently installed or updated.
As usual, the standard debugging by de-activating others plugins should help to isolate where the cause lies.

I might instal fresh copy on another site see if without any plugin i can replicat
p.s when you deactivate plugins, does it remember settings before deactivation when activated again?
Most plugins do, Events Manager does too.

tried with no plugins but i get same result, only tried on one of my sites and updated WPFC to latest version

because events go into the friday they are not shown but are visible after clicking more
