Outstanding Support with Plus Version

After changing my years-old site to this theme, I had some issues tweaking a few settings. Progress was made with instructions provided by the developers in the support forum. When I couldn’t get a few details to work on my own, a support member (Daniel) logged into my site with a temp login and made the requested changes. Paying to upgrade to plus is worth every penny.
